I scanned FM today here with three portable radios at 2150 UTC. Results:
Tecsun PL-660: 20
XHData D-109WB: 38
Qodosen DX-286: 58
To be fair I randomly checked the stations the radios saved and the Qodosen had a few that were not discernible. But it still won handily.
