F male to SO239 to feed my Electroline amps. It appears the ones I bought off ebay seller av supply don't have a single piece pin and the F section separates from the SO239 section.
I lost a P25 county and this is what I found while investigating. The F pin section is press fit to the SO239 section and it looks like perhaps this was supposed to be a spin weld for the pin. Can anyone confirm this by looking? 2 of 4 have failed the same way with no response from the seller messaged on 21st.
I have replacents coming from MaxGain in Georgia and thse have a single pin. I was expecting the ~$10.00 each for quality but these were about the same as the ebay in the $4.00 range. I'll update results with the new units. I have N to SO239 from av supply w no issues. Thanks!!

The connectors from MaxGain are working well. With HC going dark I can focus my abilities on Morgan and other southern counties. When HC chases someone into a surrounding county I'll hear it coming anyway.

I have never heard of MaxGain connectors before, always went with Amphenol or Times Microwave.

Nice to hear good reviews about smaller companies that can keep me from buying s**t off ebay!

I've had excellent experience with PanPacific connectors and adapters. Their quality is very high and prices surprisingly low. I had a chat with a factory rep and he says the owner of PanPacific is the brother to a guy who owns a factory that cranks out most Amphenol connectors and they really know what they are doing. Here is a link the PanPacific SO-239 to F male adapter.

My first leanings were to the Amphenol. Speaking to anyone about anything pertinent or technical these days is a real task and I *assumed* calling Amphenol to confirm the one piece pin would be a three minute task. Nope. Called the main number got a customer service number I had to cal and left a message with the one guy that the call went to. Amphenol and one guy answering in customer assistance? Still no call back.
