Quebec Gov't new allocations

This could be the one that I can hear from here. I took a trip up to Ladysmith, Que. last month and the ctrl. channel was very strong in the area on that frequency. Unplugged the antenna from the portable and it was still coming through with a full sounding signal.

Found another CC somewhere near Ottawa on 153.695. It's listed in the
database as Quebec (City) which I'm sure this one is not; CC's are being
re-used, no surprise.
