Question about Pro96com

If this is the wrong place to ask this question please forgive me. Was not sure. Captured a fed system with Pro96com. Am wondering exactly why would one of the neighbor sites have the same frequency as an alternate for this site? Does this mean anything specific. I guess it just seems odd to me. Of course without knowing where site 2 is it could be OK.

Guess I found the answer. Sorry to bother you guys. Was not thinking in terms of multi state system. Site 1 is Redstone. Wonder where site 2 is?
