Question about Sam’s club in Latham ny radio frequencies

I have been doing some research and I haven’t found anything on the Sam’s club in Latham ny radio frequencies

All of the Sam’s club associates were carrying around thoses radios

They are mostly on 154.600Mhz and Walmart is on 154.570.

There was an article a few months ago about Sam's and Walmart leaving MURS for a new system. I read that it was either a phone type or possibly frequency hopping, which cannot be monitored by any scanner.

I've logged in both the Sam's Club at Latham Farms and the Walmart at The Shoppes at Latham Circle on 154.600 MHz, CSQ. I don't know why they don't use different MURS channels because both facilities are within radio range of each other, but they don't.
