Question on updated Database

If you click on this link, you'll see that Chittenden Cty. was updated recently.

What I can't see was what was updated.
Now I looked at the sticky about these updates and I have a couple of questions with a couple of things I saw in that sticky.

Question 1) What does TRS stand for in this sentence?: When any change happens to a county, agency, or TRS contained in state, that state will highlight on the main US map.

Question 2) Where do I find the History page in reference to this sentence?: If you still don't see a change, refer to the History page to see what happened. The history will reflect what has happened; however, some of those explanations are somewhat confusing so..........

1) TRS = Trunked Radio System

2) The History page is the Downloads and Reports tab. At the bottom of that tab you will see the Change History log

In this particular case of Chittenden County, the Amateur Radio frequencies were updated.
