Question Regarding DTR Sites at Correctional Facilites

Does anyone know if the DTR site at Limon Correctional facility denies everyone but the correctional facility radios or does it work as a typical DTR site?

Also, what about all the other correctional facilities that have DTR sites. Do they deny or do they work as a standard DTR site?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I left CO late 2018. At that time the East Canon Complex site was used as a regular dtrs site. I doubt that anything changed, but can't say for sure.

I've scanned on the Buena Vista Correctional DTRS site several times. Works like any other DTRS site.
