Quick question re: BCD325P2

I have just started using my new BCD325P2 and am having a problem with locking out the SO past 9. To to it for 1 thru 9 I just hit the key and it locks it out or restores it. However, when I try a double digit number, like 10,11 etc, it always bring me to # 1. How can I get past this? Thank you

I don't own one but I'm pretty sure you have to press the .No key and then enter the two-digit quick key
