Racine & Kenosha Trunked SMR's

Could someone in the Racine/Kenosha area please give a listen to two trunked SMR's and report back on what you hear.

With my BCD396T scanner with a Scantenna atnenna almost 30 feet in the air, I did a custom search for LTR and Motorola control channels. If the scanner finds one, it scans the system.

I live in the city of Franklin and get Kenosha and Racine frequencies well. I got nothing for these frequencies and didn't try to scan them as conventional frequencies. Maybe these are low power?
