in FL that is BP and should be [per NTIA] an input. Each agency seems to have it's own pattern for RIDs,
with that said it is like asking who uses a NAC without the other context of Location, Freq and RID

That freq was used at Superbowl 51 by CBP, the RID has been linked to CBP/ICE in Illinois
