Radio Numbers - CSP I units

Probably a question for Troop, but yesteday and this morning there have been a couple of I units on the DTRS working traffic. I-3 was out yesterday, and was riding with a trooper,
I-7 is also out today and making stops, running folks etc. Both have been working the Glenwood Springs Troop.

Anyone know what the I units are?

Not 100% sure but i think the Ida units are part of there investigative services. Heard them making several stops this weekend too..usually in the same area as a k-9 unit. One that i had never heard of that was working with them was 8-frank 1.

I units are Investigative Services....8F is the Homeland Security Troop

I think I heard an "F" unit on Golden this morning. It wasnt an 8F unit because it didnt have the leading number and didnt use the phonetic "Frank", but instead just the letter (sound) "F". Any idea who this might have been? Ive never heard "F" used before. Also heard 11 Adam 29 doing traffic on I-70 this morning on Golden too.

[edit]: Oops, just heard it again at 10:07. It actually sounds like he said "N" 64. Still not sure what an "N" unit would be though...
