radio programming

I just bought a midland 70-380b mobile radio. I am a volunteer fire fighter and need it programmed. I am not sure what info. I need to give to the guy I bought the radio from for the channels I use. Some are repeaters, I am not sure what is in and out for my mobile. I have most of my freq. If any one can help I would appreciate it.

First you need written permission from the license holder. Then you go to the shop that does their radios and have them program it for you, or at least get the information from them. They'll give it to you with that written permission.
