Radio Shack Cable Thing

I bought that cable driver last night at radio shack, the workers stated that i can program my pro 2053 and do all the freqs on the computeer. From what I seen Its only a cable allowing you to do that, now I have to buy scancat, win 97 right? confusing

You can download for free WIN93 which says it will program the 2053 here

To th eOP, get win93, it's free and great !!! I've used it with my two 2053s and my 93 for awhile now. I would not buy anything that Don Starr did not make a program for.
