Is there any software out there available that let's you keep track of all the frequencies you have programmed into your scanner. Gotta be something. Thanks guys!

Both Win96 or ARC96 will allow you to download your channels and upload them to change. Those are the only 2 operations this scanner can do

They are designed for programming the scanners, and only by using them can you open the extended frequencies, easily set up rebanded TRS, and easily keep track of how you want your scanlists etc...

Do you have to be a Premium Member to use this software. I downloaded both but won't let me connect to Radio Reference.

Not to use the software, but if you wish to pull data down from RR for programming, yes. The details can be found here, along with all the other goodies
