Radio Shack Pro-92 Scanner

I downloaded the WIN 92 freeware to program my Pro-92 scanner that I take with me to work and when I am out on SKYWARN.


When I try to upload the information it get the following message.
"Time out 01 98 03 52 sequence" What does this mean and what do I need to do to make the scanner and the software to work together.
I have tried different com ports and it still does not work.

Click Configuration>Serial port and uncheck Enable "Readback" test.
