Pro-97 along with the pro-2055 is on sale again starting today until 4-26-08. I like the pro-97 at that price, it's a good deal.

What is the diff. betweent the pro 164, pro 97, pro 2055. Is it just the price?

Pro-97 and Pro-2055 are the same except one is handheld and one is a base. The pro-164 is an updated Pro-97 almost identical to the GRE PSR-300. They are all very good scanners.
