sounds like you did not do your research. You have had premium access for 30 days already and now realized that software is too expensive and decided to sell your cable on ebay....I don't see why you should get a refund.

Didn't you read the fine print? There's an early termination fee of 15 dollars.

Doesn't the Pro-97 come with some sort of programing software? Then I guess it has to allow you to import the database from here.

Please note the refund info on the premium subscription signup page Premium Subscription Information Page

"RadioReference.com does not provide refunds for premium subscriptions." It can't be much clearer than that now can it?

Should give it to him so he can go back to school to learn how to type a coherent paragraph. My God I lost brain cells trying to decipher that mess.

Bought the cable, downloaded Win97, Web Import to Win97, loaded import data to Pro-97, sell cable on Ebay and now expects a refund on Premium Subscription. This person programmed the scanner for nearly nothing.

Never paid for Win97, will have payed little for cable (get most of the difference with shipping charges) and expects to get 2/3rds of subscription fee.

Way to go...I guess the user figures Radio Reference is part of Nobama's bailout plan.:p
