Raspberry Pi Updated Instructions?

I am unable to get my feed up using the main build instructions
Raspberry Pi Broadcastify Build - The RadioReference Wiki

However, I was able to use these older? instructions from 2009 but as it says in the edit at the top, does not restart darkice upon reboot.

If there's a set of update instructions, or if anyone can help, its appreciated.

I'm searching as well, so far I'm only able to find old write ups written for an older version of the os. I did have success with this blog:

I was successful up to the point of making the pi auto start after a restart. That's where I'm stuck at the moment.
