Raspberry Pi2 -> Noise

i have an dongle on my laptop with sdr#:

when i run sdr# connected to the Pi2 i have an huge noise:

Laptop and Pi2 Antenna in the same Room with ~2m space between.

the Realtek T2 (i dont know the correct name).

A Little between the Noise.

1) Hold the working Pi near the antenna with the dongle running on another PC. If it's the same, then get/make a shielded box for the Pi, and ground.

2) If clean, then try a shielded USB cable with ferrite rings on it. Ground the Pi to a proper earth.

I'm assuming that:

1) The antenna and gain settings produce a decent reception when on a PC.
2) You've tried moving the antenna further from the equipment.

1) the Pi is in an Pi Alu Case and how ground?
2) oke i try ferrite ring.

1) but i have the same settings for both (oke the Gain on the Pc is higher....).
2) not possible i cant move it out of the room. (thats why i got the Pi)

So i dont have any idea how i can ground the Pi???

5m USB Cable for the Dongle and an Ferrite Core. -> nothing

So i chance the Raspberry Pi2 and the other have the same problem....
