Its a common thing for the site frequencies to be duplicated but this is real close physically to Brampton. I have noticed several similar instances of a CC frequency being reused 40-50Km from another site.

And that's right about the location that Close Call goes off.

Orangeville looks about right :) . Goolgleee eyes is your friend. just down Hiway 109 is this. Notice the nice antenna 1/3 up the tower.

Gary,
I thought I had that one but it doesn't look like it is so I wasn't able to capture the KID for those two tg's. I am not sure either how to turn that level on of verbosity on again.

This is my current working TG file. Its configured for my use so excuse the mess. The A,B,C is the KID grouping. if anyone can add to the TG captures even if there is not KID we can at least build up a TG map.

1759862658359.png

mciupa good analysis TG1017 does indeed look like its a main Dispatch desk TG as I see it on numerous sites.

The ENC key seems to be 201A for the next few weeks. Hopefully we can get other TG and KIDs. This will help fill in the KID groupings. Interesting point the KID incremented by 1 this is not the first time I have seen such an increment. My working theory is that ALL the KIDs increment by 1 every so often.

This is going on right now on Toronto-West. I inadvertently snipped the time out of the frame. I moved the dongle to cause an error, but it cleared up right away.

Not to be pedantic, but OCC stands for Operational Communications Centre, not Ontario. The OCC for Ontario is in London.

After I read your post, I looked at the database to see if I entered it correctly on Jan 20th 2025. There it is correct. I will edit my personal GROUPS file in DSDPlus.

I have added mciupa data to the document. I have also expanded the info to include the first seen and current seen dates for the TG. This way we know how current the information is.

If anyone wishes to send thier DSD groups list for 99B you can DM me it if you do not wish to post a large file. I could also use the 99B P25data info as well. I will combine all the files and resend them back with all the known TG and frequency information included. I will also send a .sites list for 99B.

If you cannot work with the xls file shared let me know the format you would like and ill do the conversion.

Makes me wonder if it would be Acton, Brisbane or Hillsburgh, potentially.
Can confirm that 421.5375 Site 99 is on the tower at 109/County Rd 11 on the west side of Orangeville.

Cambridge Tower (122)
new TG 4906 with KID 132A.

Heard a rumor that site 1 is Orillia. I am waiting on the p25dat file and events file from the contact to verify and submit.

I am now looking for a large .jpg/bmp/png map of Ontario. If anyone has such a map or image I would appreciate getting a copy. My plan is to tag the discovered sites and neighbors so we can see where everything is and what is empty or undiscovered.
