RCMP in Quebec

I notice that there is no information for RCMP - C Division in the database. Other regions in Canada have some information for their regions.

Does anyone have any information for submission for Quebec?

The only place you can really see RCMP is in St-jean sur richelieu near the military base. They are probably encrypted like all other forces in quebec..

It wouldn't surprise me if they're using this system or something similar/related in Quebec:

RCMP O Division Trunking System, Southern Ontario, Ontario - Scanner Frequencies

And not all police are encrypted in Quebec though it's certainly moved that way.
SQ is partly clear, and (example) MRC des Collines de l'Outaouais are clear.
