Yes they can be a pain. I'm now getting A1 Airdrie here in Edmonton.

16 or 1?
I was out to Field about a month ago and might as well have turned off the radios once I got past the West Louise Lodge. I think I got some construction workers on FRS or a 468 freq on the Field Hill near Takkakkaw, and that was it. Louise RCMP was only in town and I only picked up Banff from about the Sunshine turnoff east.
My bad, that was the crew I was thinking of, I think, not as far west as I imagined (or they moved on).
Oh, sure, we get B.C. rock, but they can't let our oil pass thru to Kitimat Make sure you check that rock for eurasian milfoil too if it's been in the water.
I forget what the sign out front of the lodge says right now (IIRC it was closed for renovations when I went by) but it's colloquially known as West Louise Lodge.

Looking at the database we may have identified a detachment class repeater in Cardston. Well sort of. It's shown as 155.910 Tone 131.8. My lists shows that as the input to B17 with an output of 154.680 as the repeater. Is this the one we were looking at for Waterton?
