RCS Options in Julian

Hello,

I will be in Julian soon for a few days for an event. Can anyone confirm for me which RCS site would be best for that area? Also, I know SDSO is completely encrypted cry, however wondering what other talkgroups in the area may be interesting. I assume CAL FIRE. Any others up there?

CA Dept of Forestry does use VHF for wildland fires. SD County Fire is still in the clear. CalFire contracts with SD County to staff the County stations and rigs.
