Rich what about you Electric Meter or Water Meter? The Meters could be being polled for daily usage.

I was able to trace it to the construction company building here in my subdivision, the beacon is atop the construction trailer. (See Post 13). It is sporadic, and appears they only use it when surveying. The next time it is active I plan on looking for surveyors in the area.

Smart meters don't make continous data bursts once a second.

Our electric/gas utility uses 900MHz and a network of radios on poles.
City north of us uses T-Mobile IOT for water meter reading in some areas.

Our city uses 460.'s for electric with repeaters on poles.
Our city water uses a truck to drive by and pole each meter.
