Does anyone know of any good software that is good for recording your scanner? Maybe something that has the ability to record only when your scanner is recieving a signal.

Audio Record Wizard is a good one... www.nowsmart.com No it's not free, it is $24.95. About the same amount you would pay for a carton of cigs. It does have vox, allows you to record in mp3 and wav formats, has a date/time stamp option, has the option of starting a new file after 2 seconds of silence, gives you the option of recording in different bit rates, and many more... see web site above for all the info.

Yeah there are some free programs out there that will do some of what Audio Record Wizard will do, but then again - you get what you pay for.
