Redmond PD Dispatch 1, not encrypted

While home for lunch, I turned on the scanner and am hearing Redmond PD Dispatch 1 not encrypted. One could hope that common sense has prevailed and the rest will follow. Fingers crossed....

The OSRP system was down.

On my way back to work, I heard a dispatch say that all police radios were down. Later they said that it was the statewide (OSRP) system that had issues. Not sure what all of that was about, but it is technology and it will fail at times. Who knows, but I suspect the glimmer of hope has once again faded.
