BCD396XT/BCD996XT: Remore Control Head?

I seem to remember many years ago a remote control head available for the BC15 and the BCD996XT. Are the still around? I tried a ebay search and didn't find any.

RH-96, and they are still around, but NLA from Uniden. ScannerMaster might have NOS.
