I have an old SC200 analog scanner that works great. I used ARC software to program it but doesnt control it. is there any software that can control and display data to a computer screen?

Looks like it is time to upgrade scanners and use PROSCAN.

Well Butell and Proscan do not support your scanner you are out of luck.
The most likely reason for this is remote control is not supported in the FIRMWARE.
Reading page 38 of the user manual there are several ways to program the scanner but remote control is not listed.
