Where do you find the software for the system? I have an RTL.SDR and it does nothing. It doesn't even show as on in the COM Port

What you see in the logs above is all I got. If you tell me how to get the info you wish I would be happy to retrieve it for you.
Cheers
So I guess this week when I'm at work I'll just let it run and collect up all the data.At some point within all that data, the System ID should be showing, not sure if it will identify the name of the system fully as well. But System ID, Site IDs/RAN #s, LCNs, Radio IDs, and Talkgroups are all important to identifying the system. Your logging of all this is greatly appreciated.

Hey,Any word on new findings and data with this system?
I'm happy to see that we finally have someone in the area to actually hear this system fully and to be able to determine the proper type and settings for it to be scanned properly.
Another Question
There are 2 sites. One here in Round Lake, and another right in Killaloe.
Should I be scanning these 2 site separately? Like one week I do round lake and the other Killaloe?
I dont know if that will provide further clarity?
Some opinions and advice here would be most helpful.
Cheers
Well,If it's similar to other systems I've been able to monitor in the past it's likely a Conventional networked system. Meaning users will have access to the system through both sites.
Network ID if there is one. RAN (Also LCN's - Local Channel Number), Identified talkgroups and users IDs on those talkgroups are usually what helps us build a system to enter into the database here as an active system. NXDN systems are helpful in the sense that it'll show the radio identity of a particular user. As shown in your previous screenshots.
I would think you should be able to monitor both of them with the same results aside from maybe the RAN #s one site will show (likely 33) and the other site will show a different RAN #
Well,
I didn't get this done this week either. I just got all back installed and running.... then yesterday's storm cleaned out the power supply on my computer. #@$!%!! lol. I am back up and running again so I will attempt next week.
I have noted that DSD doesn't decode these sites well. Or there is further encryption on this system, but we will find out.
What's the deal with Ontario Hydro? People out of power all around us and not a peep on the Barry's Bay channel of 49.070. Have they moved to a different system?
Cheers

90% of Hydro One’s comms are on cellular. You might hear some truck to truck chatter if there are trucks close by.
The fire department out your way will either page out and be on there own channel of 154.130 for paging, training and on scene ops. or this other NXDN digital system.
