repair a scanner in WA

in a recent move from my old place to my new place, my uniden bearcat bc296d volume / squelch knob broke, and now i only have access to the volume portion and no longer the squelch, where in WA can i get it fixed. if no where then ill have to send it to uniden

Their is no place in Washington that I know about the best thing is to send it back to uniden

I agree with midnightcaller. I'd send it back to Uniden even if there was a place that says that thy could repair it. . .Unless they were an authorized repair center for Uniden,why risk it?

The knobs can be ordered directly from Uniden. Have ordered them in the past for my 780XLT.
