What is the normal wait for a dmr upgrade to be in repair at Whistler?

Whistler dmr upgrade turn around time

Whistler received my unit today for a paid dmr upgrade. Has anybody ever had a good report with Whistler repair out of Rodgers, Ar? Are they pretty fasr in turn around time? Thank you
