I recently discovered several new Tier III sites on frequencies that can be nothing other than RFC Wireless. All of the sites so far are in the S.F. Bay Area, but because they seem to be augmenting and / or replacing some of the system 119 Con+ sites (which covers well beyond the bay area), I'll post this in the California general section and not the Bay Area specific section. I will not yet submit this to the DB until locations are narrowed down, but I'm posting it here in case anyone has some extra time on their hands to join me in some sleuthing. So far there appear to be 8 sites. Sites 3 and 8 are listed as neighbor sites, but do not appear to be online as of today. They both indicate CC=1, which would put them just out of band, and it seems this is an indicator they are not yet live. Here is what I have confirmed so far with DSD+FL and an RTL-SDR. So far I have only seen CC data and no indication of voice activity. This system seems brand new. All of my data has been monitored from the east bay.
