The sites under discussion are all too far from here to receive. At my location 451.425 is a Digitech rest channel that sends blips every second or so. 451.525 is just noise here.

If I understand correctly Hancock is actually operating a control channel on 451.425 and that reflects in site 148's neighbor list. Still there is no license for 451.425 at Hancock while 451.525 is licensed there and was part of the channel line-up for OneVoice site 171-60 at Hancock.

The Binghamton site is weak for me, but I have a good signal from Guilford in Chenango County.

I recorded the Austerlitz site for the past couple of days (SDS200). I found only one active user - DEP Police. They appear to have two RIDs in use.

121 patch from Con+ system for mobiles.
8302222 patch from Con+ system for bases.

In Valhalla and Pomona site, there are at least two school buses using this system on a regular basis.

Anyone in the New Holland, PA area able to confirm the 2nd frequency in the rotation for Site 199? Checked WPUD483 & getting nothing from 501.7125. 502.9625 is still the control channel for the older MADRN Site 6. I've got closer stations on many of the frequencies on WNFF821 & haven't logged any with CC7. I've logged 451.725, 463.450 & 464.300 as still being a part of the aforementioned MADRN site as of the beginning of this month and lastly conventional usage from 464.3625, CC6 from same site so we can cross those ones off.

I see in the NL for site 134 (Esopus/Highland Simulcast), a new site 123. I believe this to be the North East Site in Dutchess County, NY. DSD+ is showing 461.4875 LSN1841 LCN920. Im unable to copy the site itself from my locations. Anyone else?

Several other sites show 123 as a neighbor as well. I am monitoring 461.4875 to see when it comes on line. I do receive the North East site fairly well in system 171.

It seems that the NYC DEP Police have recently switched to this system full-time. Im not sure if it's all precincts or just the two precincts east of the Hudson River. I haven't heard anything on their Con+ talkgroup in over 2 months.

Can anyone else help verify?
