RI Digital System

I have a Uniden BC246T and Uniden BC796D and am having the hardest time receiving the *NEW* Rhode Island Digital System. I am not sure which Motorola System to program in and if I should just program the Control Channels only or program everything in? Should I be using a specific Band Plan (Plan 1,2,3,4). Also, do I need to program any fleet maps?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I live in the East Providence area and really should be able to receive some depts. on the system (especially Providence). I have no problem receiving Mass State Police who come in crystal clear. email- tgkp@cox.net
