Richmond PD and others

Im on EKU campus and have Radio Shack Pro 197, I dont have any problem whats so ever picking up KSP all way to London, but cant seem to pull in Richmond PD. It shows full strength signal five bars, but its just like its 1-2 bars. Is there something idk about local pd? THANKS!!!

Do you have all the control channels put in there? Sometimes you have to put the control channels and the alternate ones as well such is the case with MetroSafe on some scanners.

Sorry about the late response, busy time at work and home.... if you use WIN500, send me the scanner load you are using and let me take a look at it.... maybe there are some tweaks that will improve your scanning....
