I think the Jackson County Sheriff's Dept. has begun using SIRN in recent months. However, Ripley PD and Ravenswood PD might still be on VHF. Not sure on this. I would put 155.67 DPL 125 in your scanner because it is at least a possibility in addition to SIRN. I know fire and EMS are still primarily dispatched on VHF analog. EMS will switch to SIRN for longer conversations.
