Hi,

Need help, I'm trying to input Paramus PD into Butel ARC536 for the SDS200. In the RadioReference import mode it doesn't show up at all on the list regardless of whether I select Conventional, Agencies, or Trunked. I do see all the Paramus conventionals. I believe I have the current software version.

TIA for any guidance.

It’s there under Sentinel. Don’t have ARC536 to verify.

County systems; Bergen; Municipalities Bergen; Paramus

But according to your screen shot it’s encrypted.

Thanks for checking...yep I can see all that conventional.

To your point... I know encrypted trunk groups will show up for download on a System, but maybe encrypted systems will not (?) But you're seeing it.

Maybe I misunderstood but what you posted a screen shot of is conventional P25, not part of a P25 trunked system.
Poorly worded on my part. I'm just saying I don't think the encryption would preclude it from showing up in the download list since you can see it in yours.

@jtwalker thanks again for answering. I dug into the settings and you nailed it...it was defaulted to ignore the encrypted conventional. (y)

Pretty sure it was showing encrypted talk groups, but that may just be a limitation of that setting.
