Does anyone know what agency TG500 is? This morning, the talk mentioned something about a Verizon outage & some board lighting up correctly. TG508 was encrypted.

I don't have either in my logs. I have 511 and 513 , both were encrypted on the South Site. Both within the last five years.

Which site did you hear it on?

I received 500 on the Metro Zone & 508 on either the Metro or North Zone.

There as no punctuation used in his post, so you have to decipher what he means.
I suspect he means TG 500 is used by DHS.

I believe he meant the talk group tag is 500 , ie the Dec #
