Rogers SO 154.77

What is it with Rogers SO frequency (154.77)? It sounds like they moved it to another tower and the carrier sounds different? I used to pick them up full quieting here in east Tulsa but now they are always faint and scratchy?

I noticed something like you're describing late march/early april when I was in Oologah for my EMT refresher...... I could hardly copy them in while in town there!

they have been having repeater issues for a while now. I think they are in the process of repairing or getting new equipment.

Sounds like they may have fixed their repeater. They sound clear and louder than ever...
