Are there any groups out there that still using rolling code inversion?

I've tried looking around online some, but I can't really find anything about organizations still using them. From what I've been able to look up, most people really concerned with security should have switched over to digital encryption. The manufacturers, like Midian and Selectone, seem to only mention generic groups (ex. police, military, taxi drivers), but never mention any specific groups.

Yes, both Rolling code and the basic Speech Inversion are still in use.

I saw that they used to use them. Do you know of any other large organizations that still do?

I think the TSA is using it on their new (1-2 years old?), low power portables at many airports.

And some TSA with the Low power ICOMs use the basic Speech Inversion not the Rolling code
