RS Pro-96 Help

Hello All!

I need some help here. I just bought a used Pro-96 scanner and it seems to be working great.

The problem is it is a little beat up and would like order new replacement parts.

First I need some part numbers for the following:

1- Front face plate (with or without the electronics)

2- The rubber piece (This is the piece that is down the side of the scanner for gripping it).

3- Owners Manual

Second I need to find out what kind of software I need to program the scanner from the computer. Also where to get the correct software.

You'll like the 96 its a good radio!
I have a 96 and 2096.

I need some more help with my Pro-96

I need a part number for the yellow rechargeable battery holder.

I was also reading the owners manual and read where you can go to the RS web site and download updated firmware for the scanner.

well my question is: I go to the web site and there is no link for me to download the firmware like the owners manual says to.

If somebody can assist me with these two things it would greatly be appreciated
