So my RTL-SDR v4 works fine on SDR# and SDRTrunk however I want to decode NXDN and NEXEDGE systems so I downloaded DSD+ and whenever i run FMP24 it says something like rtlsdr v4.dll is missing even though its right there in the folder. I already installed the drivers in zadig a while ago when i first got my v4 and my dongle works fine in sdrtrunk and SDR# but dsd+ says that error and I cant figure out what the problem is or how to fix it.

Shouldn't it be named rtlsdr_V4.dll ?
Also, try going "Misc" and then "Test Base Files Now" in DSD+...

What was the fix? Started from scratch, and still ended up with same v4.dll error Installed sdr++ , got vcruntime errors, fix all for that is installing sdr-console 😀, installed sdr-console, it installed all the vcruntime packages(easier than chasing them down on Microsoft) No more v4.dll...
