my home patrol 2 will no turn on. When I powered it up it gives me a SD card error. My computer does not even recognize it when I plug in the USB cable. Therefore I cannot get to the "all clear" that it suggests.
Any suggestions?

You might try removing and reinserting the card. Sometimes that works...

Otherwise, time for a new card (get a another as a backup while you're at it).

Curious - how long have you have the HP-2 and are you the first owner of it (did you buy it new)?
