Russell Police

Anyone have the Russell Police frequencies? I've been looking around for them and can't seem to find them. I know they got new radios a little while ago but no information on 'em.

Try the State Police low band frequencies. I believe Russell is one of the few towns that are patrolled by MSP. Try 44.74 for the low band

Russell is west of Springfield, next to Westfield. It is the home of MSP Troop B, Russell Barracks "B5" and I believe they use B-PTRL-2 on the trunked system. Use P25 system, South Zone as there is a tower right near the Mass Pike bridge over Rt 20.
Not sure if they have any local officers but the town website lists a police chief.

45.740 PL ??? Russell Police 2 {newest FCC license in 2009 for PD Ops} mobile only (i.e. TAC or car-car channel)
