Matt, I can't find the map any longer on the St. Louis County Skywarn page but they used to have one that showed all the counties around St. Louis with the appropiate skywarn freq. To bust it down for you:
Missouri
St. Louis County/City - 146.940
Jefferson County - 147.075
Franklin County - 147.240 & 146.805
St. Charles County - 145.490
Lincoln County - 145.190
Illinois
Monroe County - 145.11
St. Clair County - 147.12
Madison County 145.23
Jersey County 145.23
Calhoun County 145.23
145.130 and 146.790 are also utilized on the east side of the river.
The NWO in Weldon Springs uses the 146.670 repeater as a wide area reporting link. The Show-me Intertie UHF system is the link back to Jefferson City and Columbia and is very useful driving along Interstate 70.
