I tried listening into a few local nets tonight to catch anything regarding this Saturday's Salt Lake Marathon, but I must have missed it.

Anyone know anything? Is this even worth listening to? Boring? lol

Did a Search here and saw the last post regarding it was 2010

Most PD/FD/EMS traffic will be on the Salt lake City Public Service Trunk System (AC33). There will be some use on the UCA system (7202). In the past, there was not a "regional" channel used.
Aid Stations and SAG Wagons will be coordinated on Amateur (Ham) Radio. Net Control for the Aid Stations will be on 448.5250. Net Control for the SAG Wagons will be on 147.1600.
We appreciate the use of these repeaters and ask that Directed Net protocol be observed during the event.
One of Davis County ARES EmComm trailers (The BoT), will be used for Ham Net Control.

As to SLC TGs I would look for ops to be on the following

1056042ASLC PD MotorPolice Motors (Channel 8)

896038ASLC PD Tac 1Police Tac 1 (Channel 5)

92803aASLC PD Tac 2Police Tac 2 (Channel 6)

1312052ASLC Fire 6Fire 6

They could be using some others but these seem like the ones I've heard most event comms on in the past.
