San Bernadino system problem

I programmed a Spectra for a buddy who drove down to San Bernadino recently
from the Bay Area; we put 3 systems in there:

6/7 - Valley Areas
9 - Ontario
10 - San Bernadino

9 and 10 worked, 6/7 did not. Does anybody know if the info here on RR
is wrong or if there's any problem with the system itself? I'm just trying
to get a handle on it before he heads back down there; Obvoiusly I can't
test it being up here in SF.

For convenience, here's the particulars for 6/7:


SysID: 3c33

CC's: 868.1625 868.3375 868.3875 868.6125

Is everything accurate?

BTW, I'm advising him to bring a scanner with him just in case...

Its been about 6 months since I last drove through that area but 6/7 worked OK programmed as stated in RR at that time.

Oops--wrong system

I screwed up- it's System-9 (Ontario) that doesn't work.
