I just programmed it in my 800 Astro Saber. I'll monitor and look for any ID#s etc.

My guess is they're just using that freq for testing for the upcoming rebanding/core system upgrades... since no one else uses it! lol

I hope they don't go all digital tho!

I was fooling around (maybe a poor chioce of words) with my HT and I found the infamous RED channel. It's programmed in with the county conventional channels, D-law, D-govt, and D-fire. As reported earlier it has a tone of 131. I monitored it for the entire shift and didn't hear any traffic.
