BC125AT: Saved files for BC125AT banks - can they be pulled out and copied to create other files?

I have a Uniden BC125AT I take to race tracks. The software is great for putting all the frequencies in to load into my scanners. I have saved files for the multiple tracks and series I go to in my area.

Sometimes the series double up at a track with local drivers. Typically I'll copy a file with series in it and then enter the remaining channels. Since I use certain banks for different divisions (example Midwest Tour on banks 1-4, Midwest Trucks on banks 5-8, officials bank 10) if I go to another track to watch the Midwest Tour with their local drivers I'd copy the Midwest Tour to have 1-4 programmed and then have to erase banks 5-8 and key in the local drivers even though I have those local drivers in another file. Since it takes a few seconds to program the scanner off my computer it still saves me a lot of time doing that.

Is there a way to access the file to pull out the banks for each one to merge them together so that I don't have to do as much keyboard entering racing frequencies?

Thank you!

It might be helpful to know what software you are using? Uniden has their own, then there's ARC125 and Scan125...Mike
I was using Uniden's software that I downloaded from their website. I didn't know there is other options. I'll have to check them out but unfortunately I have a lot of time invested in the files I have entered already.

Update based on a question. I'm using the Uniden software I downloaded off their website. I've included a picture of the screenshot showing the banks I was referring too.

You can save the file to your desktop as a backup. I've got multiple copies with different frequencies for whatever I need to monitor, you just load whatever one you need into the radio.

Do you know of any tutorial videos of this?
Yes, I do have all my files saved. Ironically I stumbled on a video today trying to figure out the close call feature on it and they opened the files with Excel. Doing that it worked great! I was able to edit and copy didn't banks to edit to it. Also, I picked up another BC125at cheap on the Goodwill website and sent it to the race scanner place I use to have the audio modified for being at a race track with it. In talking to him about this he stated you can open multiple screens with the Uniden software at once. If you click in the blank spot above the channels you can copy a whole bank and then click and past it on the other page to create another file with different racing series that way. I go to four different tracks around me and they mix what types of cars are there so this helps a ton getting a customize file to open for that weekend's racing. Thanks for the response to you and everyone else! Hopefully if someone sees this it will help them as well.

File menu, save as.
Unfortunately, I don't have any videos on this. Lately I've been doing this on the fly each week learning new, better ways to update a saved file that I use for a track and/or racing series. Once the season is done and I have more time I will work on that though so hopefully it can save others time not going through everything I did. You are on the right track with using Save As. One of the first things I do whether working with the Uniden software or outside on Excel when creating a new file to upload to my scanner is Save As with the one I'm starting with, giving it a different name (it's a work thing but I've learned to put dates starting a file name out so you know how old it is first) that way as I make changes/additions and then Save it I'm not changing the original file at all. I also use drag and drop with a couple of file explorer files open, especially the one the scanner software reads, to move files around that way. More to come in the future!
