SBS-3 and ACARS - Help please

I purchased an SBS-3 back in November of last year.

One of the benefits is the ACARS decoding. However, I've done something and can't recover. I was able to decode ACARS for the first 5 days of ownership and have not been able to decode anything since then.

Anyone have a clue on how I can fix whatever I possibly upset ?
